Build from mechanical construction (flying gantry) and electronics - up to Klipper setup and software tuning. Packed with quite a few mods e.g. Voron TAP, air filtering, LEDs, handles. Finally it was serialized.
Latest version is based on Proxmox + LXC/Docker containers.
Monitoring and backing up is much easier than on bare metal (OMV).
For my use cases SnapRAID (even without MergerFS) is sufficient.

Temperature is acquired by RF 433MHz for local usage (second device act as display/alarm). Informations for monitoring are sent over MQTT to Grafana (self-hosted infrastructure in remote location).
